The item(s) is/are your responsibility until they reach us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. PLEASE NOTE - if you choose to send via a non-tracked service and your return does not arrive with us, we will not be able to refund you. Proof of postage will not be accepted.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty or not as described. Upon receiving your unworn goods back we will refund you in full within 72 hours.
